What our clients say

I would highly recommend Natalie’s workshop for anyone wanting to be a more inclusive and socially conscious person, anyone who wants to be a better ally for DEI and all workplaces wishing to connect and create a positive and diverse culture. Everyone can benefit from Natalie’s expertise and belonging strategies and it is of utmost importance that we all reflect on our actions and experiences to end microaggressions and create more spaces for belonging.

Natalie was invited to our company to speak on a rather complex topic of intersectionality and allyship. What a powerhouse speaker and presenter Natalie is!! She made the topic of allyship simple and easy to absorb, we often have difficulty trying to understand what people that may be different from us are going through, Natalie taught us to not have to imagine ourselves in someone else's shoes but hold a safe space for them. I am fortunate to have been able to work with her for our event! I would recommend having her engaged or speak a million times over!

Natalie provided training for an alliance that I was part of that focuses on supporting families in building early literacy skills. Her deep and diverse experience in the early childhood sector made the content of her session highly impactful and practical for our group. Natalie was able to speak specifically to systemic barriers and challenges faced by young children and their families. As an outcome of her training, our group was able to make proactive and informed decisions about how to move forward with key plans for building more sensitive and inclusive services across our region. Natalie was highly engaging, professional and knowledgeable- I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to do better for the children and families they serve.

Natalie Royer was an excellent speaker for our Alumni HR Mentorship Launch where she focused on benefits of mentoring and other fantastic inspirational content. It generated exceptional complimentary feedback from our participants. I recommend for all speaking engagements.

Natalie utilizes a combination of race theories, research-knowledge and personal experiences in her workshops that provoke critical thinking and reflection. It will change the way you look at the world! As an educator, I’m thankful to have been part of this training, and I am looking forward to more workshops with Natalie.

Natalie delivered a series of professional learning workshops on anti-bias/anti-oppression for the early years sector in 2019 on behalf of the City of Toronto. She was a pleasure to work with, and we received many positive comments from participants following the events. Her content was interesting and insightful, and she provided many opportunities for staff to engage with the material and each other. Would recommend!
